Please review the following job description:

Assist the Sheffield Regulatory Risk Monitoring Manager by developing and implementing reviews and executing monitoring of compliance activities related to all applicable regulations. Assist with research, compliance audits and various exception mitigation efforts. Assist in responding to requests from internal reviewers and outside examiners. Analyze fact patterns; determine and make recommendations for adjustment in policy or process. Provide quality control to regulatory processes through sampling for policy adherence.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.  Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below.  Specific activities may change from time to time. 

1. Manage data and information gathering to support compliance and policy testing.

2. Design sampling processes and reports. Conduct monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reviews.

3. Identify gaps in compliance policy adherence. Assist managers with remediation efforts.

4. Develop and maintain procedures and training to support compliance efforts.

5. Monitor information, policy, process and behaviors.

6. Develop/recommend changes to policy and process. Develop/recommend best practices.

7. Work with managers to assist in implementation of policies and procedures.

8. Prepare and file necessary documents related to compliance testing and audits.

9. Assist in fraud and complaint tracking and analysis.

10. Assist in compliance exception tracking and analysis.

11. Prepare and review compliance reports.

12. Assist with internal and external audits.

13. Serve as an alternate internal contact for compliance and legal questions.

14. Serve as additional point of contact during compliance reviews.

15. Assist in document development.

16. Additional liaison/point of contact for audit and compliance reviews.

17. Research emerging compliance issues.

18. Develop and maintain archives of activities.

19. Work closely with Risk team on initiatives related to compliance and policy adherence.

20. Conduct reviews of various departments to assist in compliance policy adherence.

21. Assist in conducting Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and other assessments.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor\'s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent education and related training

2. Five years of financial services experience

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

4. Ability to perform in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment

5. Strong problem solving skills and analytical ability

6. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master\'s degree in Business Administration (MBA)

2. Graduate of TRUIST Banking School

3. Compliance or audit experience
