What you’ll achieve
As a Services Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivery of the standard project plan with minimal direction and coordination of standard project plans for projects with lower complexity and risk. You will work with external clients/customers from project initiation through delivery and ensure customer happiness to achieve Total Customer Experience (TCE).
You will:
Provide a level of strategic and advisory consult to the customer, driving the business outcome
Ensure quality service and operational performance
Focus the customer and cross-functional teams on working together to achieve the end state solution, driving the business outcome and vision while advising the customer on risks, trends, and opportunities
Effectively allocate and manages costs and investments for technology and resources, across the program
Inform, manage, report and practice mitigation/avoidance/acceptance of dependency and impact management via a consistent program approach and communications

Essential Requirements
5+ years of professional IT Project Management experience with a Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
Experience as a project manager working with sales and consulting services
Ability to pivot and multi-task to support multiple customers simultaneously with their daily workflows as required to meet departmental and customer requirements
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills to be able to influence and interact with confidence and credibility at all levels within Dell Technologies
Desirable Requirements
PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
