The maintenance technician is mainly responsible for the maintenance and repair of the equipment, to find out the root cause of the failure; to support the various work of the production line; and to actively search for insufficient equipment to find new opportunities for improvement; in addition to complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

1. Pay attention to the safety of individuals and others, and strictly implement the tag-out and lock-out process and various high-risk operation processes.

2. Strictly implement the TPM work plan, actively discover the shortcomings of TPM, update it regularly, and strive to improve work efficiency.

3. Ensure that the on-site TPM checklist is up-to-date, and the on-site TPM checklist and orders are updated in a timely manner after the work is completed.

4. If the production line fails, it can be quickly solved and production can be resumed. Some problems can be solved by the team.

5. Root cause analysis of equipment failures, implementation and tracking of action measures, and 40% to find the root cause.

6. Support the implementation of on-site error proofing and close CI in time.

7. Reasonable allocation of work priorities.

8. Complete other trainings that are beneficial to the work independently.

9. Able to complete the work of team members in various regions.

10. Provide support for the department to achieve the vision and strategic plan.

11. Help form a team culture that provides employees with direct leadership in terms of factory policies, procedures and practices and takes responsibility for future team and business results.

Job Requirements

1. Integrity, good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.

2. Communicate sincerely, express real opinions, and obtain the unanimous opinion of employees.

3. Technical secondary school or above.

4. Have a good 5S and TPM (full production maintenance) concept.

5. Must have two years or more of maintenance work experience.

6. Able to understand pneumatic and hydraulic drawings, familiar with pneumatic and hydraulic control principles (except electrical personnel)

7. Familiar with circuit diagrams, servo motors, PLCs, conventional electrical appliances, electrical principles (except mechanical personnel)

8. Be able to operate drilling machines, cutting machines, grinding machines, etc., and be able to independently complete mechanical processing and processing of non-standard parts. (except electrical personnel)

9. Understand CAD software and be able to draw simple drawings

10. The preparation of equipment preventive maintenance plan, and the work can be reasonably arranged

11. Have a certain ability to solve major equipment failure problems

12. Understand the root cause analysis of failures (fishbone, 5WHY, 8D...)

13. Have a good sense of safety: the individual has no record of any personal injury for 12 consecutive months

14. Proficient in Excel, word operation skills and basic Power Point and Outlook skills.
