Lead our Field Service Engineers, empowering and developing them to fulfil and exceed their potential through regular interactions while reducing technical downtime.

A bit about the role...

Support 12-18 Field Service Engineers to build relationships with internal and external partners in order for Costa Express to operate all it’s machine to the highest standards.

 

  • Deliver industry-leading service levels while role-modelling leadership behaviours
  • Provide all FSE’s with the development and tools (physical & systems related) to carry out their role effectively
  • Interact and collaborate with Regional Operations Manager to support continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiencies across the field team
  • Drive parts usage and ensure cost efficiencies
  • Coach, mentor and develop and develop the FSE’s to help them excel in everything they do (installations, proactive and reactive maintenance)
  • Resource planning both headcount and tools to deliver and exceed operational efficiencies/KPI’s
