Position Summary:

The Service Manager – IT Resiliency will be part of the Reyes Holdings IT team and will help execute the strategy and work streams of IT resilience and disaster recovery. This individual will review critical business processes and identify areas to improve their recoverability, reliability, and resiliency. This candidate will perform the daily work relating to system resilience, disaster recovery testing, maintenance of documentation, continuous improvement, and gap analyses. This role is critical in ensuring we collectively achieve our Reyes Holdings IT Purpose: Enabling Business & Employee Success Through IT Services That Anticipate Demand And Simply Work, Anywhere, Anytime.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

Manage the coordination and execution of disaster recovery and resiliency testing to validate the plans and identify areas that require improvement or remediation.

Provide detailed results of disaster recovery and resiliency testing to leadership.

Maintain and manage all disaster recovery and resiliency program and plan data and provide updates on an established frequency.

Review and conduct Business Impact Analyses for critical business processes.

Align disaster recovery and resiliency solutions with the RTO/RPO of the completed Business Impact Analysis.

Work closely with infrastructure and architecture teams to evaluate and optimize technology solutions to advance the resiliency and reliability of critical business processes.

Work to identify, escalate, resolve, and document all outstanding disaster recovery and resiliency planning or implementation issues.

Participate in critical business impact meetings to help identify root cause and provide process recommendations or remediation with resiliency improvements.

Provide analysis of disaster recovery and resiliency posture, identify risks, recommend changes, and track remediation activities.

Participate in IT team and business unit planning activities related to disaster recovery and resiliency program efforts.
