• working closely with our user researchers to deeply understand the user's underlying needs and motivations, and their experience of using our product and services.
• mapping as-is journeys and visualising new omnichannel service blueprints across instore and digital touchpoints that provide practical insight and inform strategic direction across multiple product teams
• helping teams and partners develop their understanding of user-centred design, shifting the approach to think more about end-to-end user journeys across our ecosystem
• getting to grips with the technical complexity behind our user journeys, and spending time with our engineering managers to understand and inform the technical roadmap
• providing leadership and guidance across the design community, promoting service design as a team, coaching and nurturing talent to support their development and progression
• you’re passionate about designing services that have the user at their heart and focus on solving their problems.
• you’ve designed omnichannel user journeys, and created blueprints that clearly articulate the underlying actors, systems, touchpoints and processes behind those journeys
• you’re accessible to technical and non-technical partners, you can visualise and articulate complex problems, and guide effective decisions towards desired outcomes
• you identify themes and impactful insights that help product teams think about emerging strategy as well as quick-wins that resolve critical moments that break the service or experience
• you’ve worked with agile product teams, and apply an agile approach to all aspects of your work.
