As Workplace Service Delivery Manager, you will be in charge of the daily governance of the IT Outsourcing agreements we have with our workplace provider. Your main objective is to improve services, manage the helpdesk team and safeguard the contractual agreements, for which you will align with other departments, internally and externally with our Service Providers.Nexeo Belgium is a consultancy company that supports its clients in the banking, finance and insurance sectors in all phases of their transformation projects: from business consulting to the implementation of IT solutions .As a consultant you will have the opportunity to be part of Nexeo:• International environment ( Offices in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland & Canada)• + 450 employees• over 20% growth each year

Role•

 Ensure day-to-day supervision of compliance with the contractual commitments of our Workplace service provider.• Ensure day-to-day operational monitoring. Review and follow-up reporting (SLM, technical, budget) as contractually defined with our Service Providers.• Participate in the daily management of Service Management within the company.• Continuously monitor own work and the processes followed in order to increase productivity wherever possible.• Participate in Operational, Tactical meetings with the Service Provider.• Work closely with the other service delivery managers and initiate, propose and defend new initiatives to the end customers and/or internal management and involve the relevant stakeholders for implementation.• Act as Change Manager for your services and participate in the Change Advisory Board• Promote and champion the benefits of Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management, CMDB and other IT Service Management processes.

.Profile

• Experience as workplace Service Delivery Manager• Experience in Incident, Problem, Change and Life-Cycle Management• Having a technical background Windows based workplaces (at least 5 years)• Experience in managing sourcing contracts with Service Provider Companies like Atos, Infosys, Getronics, … is an asset• ITIL Certified (minimum Foundation level)• Have good team management skills (you will manage the 5fte 1ste line helpdesk team)• Very good oral and written knowledge of FRENCH and English, Dutch is a plus.• Dynamic, able to invest in achieving ambitious goals• Results orientation and customer satisfaction• Methodical and well organized• Able to work independently• You have a Master Degree thinking level, a sound knowledge of MS Office and are a quick learner when working with new tools and applications.
