Now (regular) ITIL (advanced) English (advanced) In this position you will:Manage business critical services in accordance with the IPF Service Delivery ProcessesWork with the Market IT teams on Service Management matters to deliver consistent and integrated systems related to services across all marketsEnsure that service improvements and optimisation activities for services are identified and delivered to reduce unplanned IT outages / negative business impactManage Service Transition Process for projects within aligned servicesDesign associated Support Model for new services, obtaining relevant approvals from stakeholders, ensuring smooth transition into BAUBe responsible for ensuring service related suppliers meet contractual obligations, working in conjunction with the contract management teamDrive the suppliers to make sure they're working effectively together to resolve all issuesYou only need to:Have a degree education Have IT service delivery know-how and be strongly experienced in managing this areaHave excellent knowledge of ITIL Service Management Processes and FunctionsGood knowledge of ITSM tools (i.e. ServiceNow, JIRA)Speak and write fluent EnglishBe capable of exerting strong influence on your colleagues and managing relationships Have excellent analytical skills and be solution orientedBe ready to go on business tripsYou got that something?
