As a Service Delivery Manager, you will responsible for Project Management/Planning/Coordinating activities typically in the context of a production or services project to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will responsible for:

·       All contract performance related activities

·       Performing in the role as the interface between the customer and the project team, managing the transfer of information and requests

·       Assuring timely resolution of issues and keep the customer advised of the progress of the project, and negotiate changes and variations and solutions to any issue arising

·       Adherence to contract service, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial & technical metrics specific to contract

·       Performing proposal negotiation, and contract administration functions on assigned proposals / contracts

·       Providing support to manager and senior contracts personnel on assigned contracts

·       Function as the liaison for the customer on contract matters

·       Presenting to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy

·       Handling latitude in project techniques

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

·       Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED)

·       Have 4+ years of experience in Services

·       Have 5+ additional years of experience in Contract Performance Management (CPM)

·       Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving difficult customer issues

·       Have experience with Subsea Product Equipment and Offshore Services
