Job Description:
The Global Technology function’s Service Delivery Analyst role is involved in the execution of services in support of the Commercial Tools Enablement area. These tools provide important levers to enable the maximisation of revenue generated by our commercial teams.  Collaborating with solution leaders and development teams, to enable the delivery of high-quality service to the business and ensure service delivery partners meet requirements and SLAs. This position works across multiple teams (IT and business partners) and is responsible to ensure business expectations are understood and delivered. The analyst will collaborate with Service Providers responsible for system support and discretionary activities.
 
Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze, evaluate and solve problems.
• Continuous improvement and communication of transition management criteria to development teams in order to ensure the Production environment is maintained.
• Deliver to critical metrics; collaborate with support partner for achievements including technical delivery.
• Communicate system changes to business users.
• Participate in projects related to Commercial Tools to provide service delivery input and expertise.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field preferred.

• Familiar with cloud computing concepts and solutions.
• Experience with Data Warehouse, Data Lake and enterprise BI related tools (SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure technologies (Azure Data factory, Synapse).

• Proven ability to work with various stakeholders to analyse, interpret and communicate requirements.
• Familiarity with basic business process such as Prospect to Cash or Order to Cash is preferred.
• Tight-knit collaboration and troubleshooting / problem resolution skills.
• Optimally work with business and project team members across the globe whether face-to-face, web conference, telephone or email.
• Understanding of ITIL practices, particularly around Service Operation and Service Transition.
• Experience participating with multi-functional teams.
