Surrey Hills is a diverse portfolio of properties in the heart of the Surrey Countryside. Situated just 15 miles from London, Box Hill is a famed beauty spot remembered as the location for London Olympics road race. If you like the great outdoors, you’ll love this stunning location with its breath-taking views, fantastic walks and colourful wildlife. Box Hill has a thriving café, a shop and an information point where National Trust memberships are sold.
There’s also Hindhead Commons and the Devil’s Punch Bowl, which is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. You won’t have to go far from our café and welcome spaces to admire the views and stunning scenery surrounding this area, visitors step into a colourful mosaic of purple, greens and gold, it’s quiet apart from the sounds of nature.
The portfolio also includes Leith Hill Place, the childhood home of the famous English composer Ralph Vaughan Williams near the village of Coldharbour in Surrey. Opened to the public for the first time in 2013, Leith Hill Place exudes an intimacy and informality. Stories of Vaughan Williams and his famous relatives, the Wedgwood family and Charles Darwin are waiting to be told. A house of many possibilities for the future.
