Working within a bustling atmosphere as part of a passionate team this role as a Service Assistant plays a core part in providing fantastic customer service. Do you enjoy helping people and providing a great service?
Duration: Fixed-Term contracts. We have two positions available. One starting in March and one in April, both for 25 weeks.
Hours: Flexible hours available which includes weekend shifts; to be discussed at interview (No Split Shifts).
Salary: £8.91 per hour

You’ll report the Welcome Manager and work in a team of five staff. We also have a large team of volunteers, all volunteering at different times through the week. During a shift, you could be welcoming visitors to the main property and processing admissions through the till in the Welcome Hut, walking around the property talking to our visitors and making sure they enjoy their day or, driving to the different car parks across the wider estate, advising and directing visitors as they park their vehicles and set off for a day in the woods and parkland.
Visitors are a vital part of what we do. As the Service Assistant it’s your role to ensure that the welcome our visitors receive is perfect, setting them up for an amazing experience for the rest of the day. In this role, you’ll be;
