What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Engineer in Server Quality, you will be responsible for partnering with internal and external development teams to design in quality, thereby improving customer experience and reducing warranty cost. You will work with team members from development engineering, services, supplier quality, procurement, operations, and more on the latest server product development.
You will:

• Drive continuous improvement in shipping products through collaboration with cross functional team members

• Analyze and synthesize data (both structured and unstructured) to identify product quality issues on products in the field

• Drive for root cause corrective actions when issues are identified

Essential Requirements

• Ability to work effectively to influence people at all levels

• Possess strong analytical skills and be able to work with both structured and unstructured quality data to convert data into recommended actions

• Working knowledge of quality fundamentals such as risk mitigation and closed loop corrective action

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Strong project and change management skills

Desirable Requirements

• BA/BS Degree in Engineering related field (electrical, mechanical, systems, computer)

• Excel proficiency required, VBA and SQL aptitude a plus
