The center of competence (CoC) plays a critical component in enabling Dell Technologies growth and success in the market. We proactively lead data-driven actions optimized around every point of the customer journey. The North America (NA) server CoC is responsible for driving the Annual Operating Plan growth priorities via detailed operational plans. The primary role of the North America Program Manager is to drive multiple initiatives across the relevant sales, marketing and other go-to-market focused organizations in support of strategic business objectives. This includes both strategic and operational aspects of activities driving the strategic initiatives of the North America Server Business.
You will help identify and prioritize the key drivers of growing the business across multiple strategic priorities.
Provide timely reporting and insights on key business performance metrics - including trends, opportunities and pipeline.
Serve as primary contact for Dell sales teams for NVIDIA networking. This includes trainings, attending team meetings and answering technical questions.
Conduct quarterly business reviews on health of business highlighting past quarter's performance and future quarter plans.
Be a visible advocate for the NVIDIA Networking business across Dell's sales, product and executive teams.
Essential Requirements
You have 7-10 years of experience in a product/sales/marketing/program management role (a sales background will set you apart!).
You have proven, strong written and oral communications skills – especially when working with sales teams.
You have a passion for simplifying the complex into the critical few priorities/actions, through solid data analysis and prioritization. You are known as someone that “gets stuff doneâ€!
You are highly organized and a self-starter with strong change management skills, you can communicate effectively across functional teams (sales, marketing, finance) and up and down the organization.
Your decisions are grounded in data. You have solid analytic, financial reporting and forecasting skills.
