Summary

To provide expert procurement/commercial guidance in the management and delivery of some of FCDO’s Programme spend with Multilaterals and Grants.

As a subject matter expert, this will involve working alongside colleagues in Commercial and stakeholders across the business to ensure the optimum commercial approaches when programme teams propose using Multilateral agencies and grant funding.

Primarily focused on early stage of business case development and in an advisory role this will also ensure building the commercial understanding of the use of Multilaterals and grants to the wider PDCT and programme teams.
