  • ASOS STUDIOS  - Senior Wardrobe Management Co-Ordinator  

    Wardrobe Management co-ordinators at ASOS Studios are highly organised, efficient, future leadership figures, who have an eye for fashion, trends, styling, photography, and seamless operations. As a part of the styling team you will be working closely with the Seniors, Team Leaders, Leads and Management at ASOS Studios. You will support department efficiency, whilst thinking commercially and innovatively to deliver the best e-commerce assets in the industry for our 20 something customer. You should have the ability to successfully be a part of and support a team with a creative, strategic, and operational mindset.

    What you’ll be doing…

    • Reporting directly into the Wardrobe Management Team leader you will be responsible for contributing to the day-to-day running of the Studio team.

    • This will primarily include maintaining the styling wardrobes available for the studio team to create outstanding shoots daily, from BAU, to CTA and focus shoots while considering all product offerings available on site (studio, models at home, stylists at home, flats, location)

    • Responsible for the management of all model family wardrobes, styling and prop samples

    • Responsible for replenishment of all styling underpinnings

    • Ordering and processing of styling samples and props

    • Unpacking, prepping, tagging, and organising all wardrobe samples and props

    • Tracking and reporting on all styling orders spends and budgets

    • Processing return of styling samples back to the warehouse

    • Working closely with other stake holders of the department/ business to ensure returns and reporting are efficiently managed

    • Collaborating with the styling team to ensure the wardrobes are up to date with the most recent styling samples

    • Ensuring creative quality and volumetric KPIs are adhered to

    • Collaborating with the senior stylists and studios teams to identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency

    • Adapting to different shoot types, styling trends and seasons

    • Support new workflow solutions to streamline departmental practices and processes

    • Any other adhoc tasks defined by Team Leader and Manager

    • Proactively demonstrates the ASOS ABCD values

    • Working closely with the management team to successfully deliver the department strategy. Build strong, professional, and collaborative relationships with the wider studio team

    • Working with Team Leader to support the training and development of new freelancer’s/ new starters and overall team development

    • Demonstrating excellent brand awareness by identifying areas for review and researching new ideas

    • Confident in problem solving and sharing innovative ideas for how processes/ workflow can be improved

    • Delivering projects to support the department strategy

    • Proactively analysing the current ways of working and identifying gaps for improvements

    • Supporting with prop requirements for elevated and BAU shoots

    • Supporting Team Leader with the personal development of the wider team, ensuring any gaps for training are identified and processed

    • Strong organisation, prioritising, time management and communication skills

    • Proven experience in handling budgets and reporting

    • Highly organised and pro-active in decision making and problem solving

    • Have a can-do attitude with the ability to work well as part of the team

    • Comprehensive using excel and has strong computer and reporting skills

    • Be able to demonstrate knowledge of an E com studio environment and the processes evolved  

    • Must have an interest in fashion, trends and problem solving
