Our User Experience group is expanding and looking for an experienced, innovative Visual UI Designer for Mobile & Web! We are looking for a multi-disciplinary team player with extensive experience. Working closely with our UX/IX designers, business analysts and engineering teams, you will be designing mobile and web applications across multiple platforms.

A Visual Designer on the team will have a proven track record in building a definitive visual system at scale. The individual in this role will be responsible for designing feature enhancements for web enterprise applications, and developing a consistent visual language for the design system. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, understand constraints quickly, and be able to create intuitive, optimized, and brand-consistent mobile/web experiences. We are looking for an experienced, hybrid UI Designer with expertise in CSS3/HTML5/JavaScript development. You will participate in strategic visual design and will bring design concepts to life with pixel precision in CSS. In addition to visual design principles, the candidate should be familiar with HCI, UCD methodologies, design cycles, and usability best practices.

You’ll need to have:

• A link to your online portfolio in your resume. Your application will not be considered without a portfolio
• 5+ years of experience in designing and prototyping for mobile applications or mobile-web applications
• B.S./M.S./B.F.A. in Communication Design, Graphic Design, Information Design, Interaction Design, or related field
• Demonstrated intuitive and engaging UI design with simple clean style and a pixel-level attention to detail via a portfolio
• Demonstrated fluency with Sketch and Adobe Creative suite
• Experience with HTML 5, CSS3, Xcode, and JavaScript
