Job Description

The Senior Program Manager is a key member of the Management Systems leadership and leads the Transportation and Order To Cash support team by providing strategic design, direction, and support for projects and improvement initiatives for the NAOU Supply Chain. The scope includes support for both business processes and information systems (OTM, SAP S4/Hana, Four Kites, SMC Rateware and related tables and interfaces).  This role supports ongoing integrations with 3rd party copackers primarily via EDI.

The Senior Program Manager will have expertise in Transportation processes across multiple categories, business partner knowledge, excellent communication and influencing skills, and the ability to lead complex initiatives. This includes migration to standard processes and systems across manufacturing platforms, warehouses, and co-packers. Can synthesize requirements into clear strategies for IT systems and business processes and support the implementation of information standardization and reporting.

The Senior Program Manager is responsible for technical systems solution support to Coca-Cola Transportation associates within the Transportation Planning, Settlement, Procurement, and other Transportation environments.

The Senior Program Manager collaborates with various KO and Platform Services IT organizations, and vendor-partners to ensure business continuity, including system availability, user capabilities, and business process compliance. They help drive productivity increases through solution enhancements and process standardization and improvement.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Manage resources and priorities projects to optimize transportation activities between NAOU and customers, bottlers, and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop sustainable solutions (both business process and IT solutions) to transportation management issues.
  • Lead the identification, development and implementation of process and IT system improvements for transportation management within the NAOU organization
  • Coach, mentor and lead associates to create a culture of engaged, accountable, customer-focused and results driven performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 8+ Years Oracle Transportation Management Software Knowledge related to Transportation Planning, Settlement, Procurement, and Dock Scheduling
  • Project Management, Six Sigma/OE Certification a plus
  • Stakeholder management and influencing
  • People leadership
