Position Summary

The Senior Transformation Analyst will be deeply involved in setting and ensuring the successful execution of ABM’s short- and long-term transformation including strategic growth, operating efficiency/effectiveness, and cost-saving initiatives. This role would be ideal for a candidate who is looking to compliment 2-3 years of post-undergrade management consulting experience with an operating company role, prior to applying to an MBA program.

The primary focus of the work is two-fold:

1. Work in close partnership with the Sr. Director of Transformation to conduct required analyses, design and maintain key transformation processes, and then support the execution of the overall transformation cadence.
2. As needed, work with colleagues in the Strategy business unit and functional leadership teams to develop, prioritize, lead, and execute enterprise-wide initiatives that deliver improved business performance. 

While ABM is a large organization, the Sr. Transformation Analyst should expect to work closely with the tight-knit Transformation team and other senior leaders. This role reports to the Sr. Director of the Transformation Office.

Essential Duties

• Partner with the Sr. Director of Transformation Office to design and lead enterprise transformation initiatives from concept to realized value
• Maintain the program plan, program metrics, and program sequencing for the Transformation office
• Support preparations for Board presentations
• Contribute to the quarterly business review process
• Work with Strategy team to ensure teams are on track to deliver program timeline, productivity and intervene/escalate as necessary to address roadblocks
• Build strong and productive partnerships with key business unit stakeholders to develop, prioritize, lead and execute strategic initiatives that deliver improved business performance
• Collaborate and partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful realization of Transformation goals and deliverables
• Leverage project management skills and expertise to successfully manage projects
• Monitor and track program budget

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in consulting, strategic planning, and/or transformation management
• Bachelor’s degree required (with excellent academic credentials)
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Requirements

• 2-5 years in related disciplines including transformation and program management, post-merger integration, consulting, strategic planning, program/project management, corporate strategy, financial planning and analysis, operations, corporate/commercial finance
• Able to work autonomously on multiple workstreams and be comfortable with ambiguity
• Focused on delivering high quality and timely deliverables with a positive approach towards the work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and achieve cross-divisional alignment
• Track record of successful delivery of strategic and operational initiatives
• Familiarity with program management and project management software
• Ability to toggle between analytical details and big-picture strategic thinking
• Able to effectively work in a highly matrixed organization, handling competing priorities and connecting the dots across
• Ability to assess granular level details to facilitate strategic high-level decision making
