Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Analyst, Transfer Pricing to focus on Amazon’s related party transactions in the European consumer business.

Amazon’s transfer pricing group is a global team managing all aspects of the company's inter-company arrangements.

Key job responsibilities
· Developing, executing and maintaining the company’s inter-company transfer pricing policies;
· Assisting with tax audits and APAs;
· Collecting and analyzing relevant data & information:
· Preparing transfer pricing documentation reports,
· Analyzing business and planning strategies;
· Supporting M&A integration;

Preferred location is London.

A day in the life
You will partner directly with various business teams and with other members of the global tax department at all levels of the organization to understand transfer pricing needs and develop appropriate policies and intercompany arrangements.

You will work with the broader transfer pricing team to ensure consistency and driving process simplification as well as manage and work with outside advisers to ensure appropriate documentation.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Several years of Transfer Pricing experience in public accounting/consulting firms;
· Bachelor’s degree required, in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field;
· Comfortable applying & implementing International Transfer Pricing Laws and Regulations across the EU

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Additional experience in multinational corporations preferred;
· Application of accounting and economic concepts;
· Comfortable with working with IT systems in order to extract, analyze, and review data and make appropriate recommendations;
· Detail-oriented individual who is self-motivated and takes ownership of projects; and
· Able to work in a dynamic, fast paced, informal, often ambiguous and rapidly changing business environment.
