Job Purpose and Impact

The Technology Risk Analyst (“TRA”) provides guidance and support for technology risk management & compliance activities in Cargill’s business at the direction of the Risk Manager(s). The role will also consult with business relationship managers, project manager and other key stakeholders regarding technology risk management

Key Accountabilities

• Consult and advise on high-complexity risk and security matters.
• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to leadership.
• Participate in the development and execution of compliance related initiatives to ensure appropriate process, procedures and controls are adequately designed, implemented and/or remediated to meet audit and compliance expectations, operating efficiency goals, business objectives and continue to be sustainable over time.
• Work on projects to eliminate known risks and vulnerabilities, systematically address risk gaps within our environment, and perform detailed data analysis in order to identify patterns and root cause risk contributors.
• Identify, assess and then coordinate processes for efficient monitoring
• Consult validate & monitor the implementation of remediation activities as result of security incidents and other identifications of non-compliance.
• Collaborate with risk analysts across all areas of Cargill on common risks to achieve optimization and coordination of remediation activities
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of four years of related work experience
• Other minimum qualifications may apply
