Qualified candidates will have:

Mandatory requirements:
•    Degree in Food Science or other science related discipline
•    Solid experience in the Dairy food (and /or food ingredient) industry
•    History of successful projects delivering product innovation
•    Advanced knowledge of dairy food processes, food ingredient functionality and ingredient interactions
•    Skilled food formulator with experience in running pilot plant equipment and supervising factory trials
•    Ability to travel within EU27+ region and occasionally in other parts of the EMEA region
•    English fluency (verbal & writing) 

Desirable requirements:
•    Knowledge of Dairy alternatives
•    Proven track record of technically supporting customers in the food industry
•    A second European language
