Adobe is seeking an experienced technical Program Manager to join the Cloud Platform organization to drive key initiatives and complete strategic and operational objectives. We are looking for a hard-working individual who can lead sophisticated, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.

The role requires an individual with a strong technical background in cloud computing and a proven track record of delivering results. The candidate must have exemplary communication skills, be able to see the big picture yet bring attention to details and possess a strong ability to influence. As a lead program manager, you will work closely with your Product and Engineering counterparts to plan requirements, develop schedules, manage risks, and follow through with execution to deliver values to our clients in an agile fashion.

What you’ll need to do:

• Communicate up, down, and across teams to create and maintain alignment among partners.

• Collaborate with your Product and Engineering partners to define product capabilities and produce high-fidelity release schedules.

• Identify risks and engage with the right partners to come up with solutions or workarounds.

• Manage changes to ensure committed business goals are achieved.

• Report status on a regular basis to provide project clarity and transparency to various levels in the organization, including the office of the CTO.

• Create/refine repeatable processes to improve the effectiveness of our operations.

• Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.

• Build bridges and relationships across teams.

• Influence and negotiate with partners to drive the right outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• 8years of program management experience in cloud computing technologies or related fields. Must have gone through one complete life cycle on a product team.

• Prior exp as a developer is a huge plus

• Strong spoken and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to provide structure and necessary process working with geographically dispersed teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to align efforts of disparate groups to achieve a common goal.

• An interest in breaking down complex problems into manageable pieces.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies: Scrum and/or other iterative development methodologies preferred.

• Self-motivated and not afraid to tackle unknowns, demonstrate a strong bias to action.

• Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

• Experience in JIRA and Service Now.
