Amazon EU Customer Fulfillment Operations is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the deployment of cutting-edge technology and optimization solutions within the Operations Development & Learning department.

We are looking for a technical learning professional with exceptional project and content management skills to lead a small team of Instructional Designers tasked with deploying new learning technology and scoping, designing and executing new training and coaching content.

In this role you will lead a program to develop and deliver a cutting-edge feedback and coaching solution to 300,000 Amazon Associates across the EU.

You will partner with Amazon's Fulfilment Technology teams, with North American L&D teams, and with Operations, Safety, HR and Quality teams to design and execute a fully optimized feedback, coaching and performance management solution .

The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, be a creative and analytical problem solver, understand adult learning theory, and have experience in deploying technology-led learning solutions. They will be able to quickly build and leverage relationships across a wide stakeholder group, and be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, high energy environment.

Main responsibilities:
· Develop a fully optimized feedback, coaching and performance management solution for EU Fulfillment Centre operations.
· Analyze the audience, content, technologies, operational constraints, and trade-offs associated with selecting the best delivery methods for each objective to optimize design and implementation strategy.
· Create and track project plans to design and deliver world-class learning programs, leveraging technology where appropriate to extend access, gain efficiency and scalability.
· Continually evaluate solutions for quality, business impact, scalability and sustainability. Conduct impact analysis to understand successes and improvement opportunities for the designed solution while establishing methods for ensuring both consistency and quality
· Partner effectively with Technology teams, Operations and field teams worldwide.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Extensive experience in designing and deploying optimization solutions at scale using big data.
· Exceptional stakeholder management, verbal and written communication skills.
· Demonstrated success working in a team environment on multiple projects with changing priorities.
· Experience applying adult learning theory and instructional design.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Master or other advanced degree in related discipline
· Previous work in a manufacturing/distribution environment
