As part of the UK Culture and Engagement team and the global Vodafone Learning Organisation, this role will lead the development and implementation of the UK Talent, Future Talent and Learning strategy and roadmap, as well as taking a lead role in shaping and implementing the new Vodafone Learning Organisation.

What will you be doing?
Building talent and skills
Develop the plan to build diverse and inclusive talent and skills across the UK.
Lead on the communication of our talent offering and managing key business wide processes (performance development /succession) to ensure consistency of leadership frameworks and depth of talent pipelines in the business.
Work closely with the VLO to help shape the global offering on talent, learning and performance, and apply as appropriate to the UK to meet local business needs
Own the delivery of targeted learning, skill and talent projects working closely with areas of expertise and business leaders.
Evaluate and assess impact of learning, talent, and skill interventions, working with area of expertise to continually improve and evolve services.
Future Talent
Shape the overall strategy for Future Talent in the UK to meet the current and future business needs, as well as our D&I priorities
Drive the next evolution of our Future Talent programmes/offerings, and measure the impact
Drive a learning and performance culture
Lead on activities to create and embed a learning and performance culture that supports individual and organisational performance and growth.
Lead performance/development cycle for area of the business, using outcomes to drive improvement.
Internal and external relationships
Build strategic partnerships with business and market/functional HR teams to identify business priorities and identify appropriate learning solutions.
Help build relationships across the Vodafone Learning Organisation to best leverage resources to meet local business requirements.
Work with experts across the VLO to ensure a holistic approach in the development/delivery of learning, talent and skill solutions.
