Conagra Brands is reinventing itself, building a new culture and IT capabilities to promote value and support the strategy. The role of Senior Systems Analyst in Application Services is focused on using analytics to inspire creativity and manage services across our enterprise analytics landscape.
You will get to explore and lead projects revolving around analytics technologies and products. Use industry-leading integration and analytics tools to build a modern data warehouse that is accurate, reliable, and easily accessible to our business departments. Oversee the full life cycle of development, from requirements gathering through coding and report/dashboard design and creation. Work with users to establish reporting requirements. Examples being Big Data, Machine Learning, Augmented B/AI and Visual Data Discovery. You will also use skills to promote optimization, continuous improvement, and asset management through strategic partnerships.
You Will:
- Lead product delivery. Ensuring that development of new services results in a lovable experience for business owners with an Agile delivery methodology.
- Guide business to use self-service tools in the area of reporting, visual data discovery and data preparation.
- Data engineer will focus on design of the Analytic Hub architecture and data pipelines based on business need and technology efficiency.
- Manage architectural solution paths for both technical and business problems.
- Build data queries across multiple data sources to support business intelligence reporting needs. Format query results / reports in different ways.
- Experience in data analytics (data wrangling, mining, integration, analysis, visualization, data modeling, reporting) using BI (Business Intelligence) tools
- Maintain self-service reports and dashboards, identifying Indicators to let business answer drivers of results, predict future outcomes or perform what-if analysis.
- Develop junior level employees.
- Active pursuit of optimizing CI/CD process and tools, testing frameworks and practices
- Help troubleshoot complex issues/efforts with other team members or cross divisional teams
- Oversee development of analytics components- Data models, flows, ETLs and front end reporting.
- Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation
- Help influence IT Outsourcer service performance and escalation
- Support the IT Outsourcer for essential incident resolution
- Partner across IT and the business to support Agile application development, DevOps and short-cycle iterations to achieve value.
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years' experience in Information Technology (or equivalent role)
- 3+ years related experience in big data, relational database structures, reporting, dashboarding, ad hoc analysis.
- Expert in SQL programming – stored procedures (PL/SQL) development, relational database design/analysis/optimization, design/create/modify tables, data query/ manipulation, (Extract Transform Load) and data warehouse
- Experience in R, Python, Databricks/Snowflake or equivalent Cloud analytics platforms, different data sets, data mining, data visualization tools
- Experience creating self-service tools/dashboards used to perform what-if analysis and highlight drivers of results.
- PowerBI or other dashboarding tool equivalent. Experience with advanced features and scripting within dashboarding tools.
- Advanced data analysis skills

Preferred Technical Skills:
- SQL, R or Python or other language used for statistical modeling, Power BI
- Big Data stack- DataBricks or Azure Data Stack or Equivalent Platforms
- Experience working on cloud stacks to provide analytics- Azure, AWS
