The Expertise You Bring

5+ years of proven ability in an Analyst, Technology, or Product role and is passionate about optimizing the customer experience

Experience working within an Agile environment (writing stories, participating in Agile ceremonies, etc.)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Shown expertise in various business analysis methodologies and techniques, including data analysis, use case development, story writing and prioritization, user acceptance testing, and product documentation.

Proficient with Jira, JiraAlign, Mural, MS Office Suite

Ability to find opportunities to innovate and take thoughtful risks to get the work done better and faster

Strategic problem solver with an analytical approach

Can work independently as well as within a team structure

Capability to adapt and maintain flexibility as work priorities evolve

Ability to handle/execute work across multiple Squads/teams

Ability to understand a sophisticated environment and communicate technology direction appropriately to multiple audiences.

Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills

Capable of facilitating a workshop, or speaking publicly to a broad audience

The Value You Deliver

Initiate & lead discovery for Feature/Epic Definition & Key Decisions and partners with Team Leader to prioritize Epics

Interact frequently with key contacts in other squads and functions to drive requirements for future updates to incorporate accessibility and/or practices and solicit feedback on existing features & experiences.

Communicates with internal and cross company partners to ensure teams are driving toward the vital tactical and/or strategic solution to meet Accessibility Solutions.

Balancing the delivery of sprint goals and escalated or highly prioritized tasks.

Data gathering for measures and metrics supporting actionable insights.

Translating requirements into meaningful and actionable events to enable squads to incorporate in their development lifecycle.

Executing in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
