Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and troubleshooting and fixing system, Application SW, Server SW malfunctions.
• Will serve as an expert in providing support related to the in-house-developed products and solutions
• Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with development groups to resolve problems experienced by clients.
• Ability to learn and master employer-specific software
• Resolve customer complaints independently
• Work as part of the delivery teams in multiple engagements simultaneously when required
• Provide training for internal staff and external clients on new and existing products and technologies
• Ability to handle client incidents / tickets from the point of receipt until fully resolved
• Team member attitude to work closely with internal Systems, Engineering, QA teams to make sure that the issues raised by the customer are resolved
