Overview

We seek a consumer-focused, deeply curious thinker with a passion for providing numerical and analytical insights to join our Retail Marketing team.

Responsibilities

We seek people who: 

• Assure accurate and timely reporting of incremental sales and margin impact of marketing promotions and campaigns, and that results are readily available to key stakeholders via robust reports and dashboards
• Combine disparate data sources to answer strategic business questions, using internal and external data and research results
• Present insights to key stakeholders in the form of compelling narratives, using clear and simple visuals, metaphors, and stories to illustrate the underlying principles or relationships at play
• Determine proper test setup (including sample sizes, KPIs, statistical test selection) and provides analysis of marketing promotions to measure incremental impact of marketing events and activities
• Partner with IT Business Intelligence team to understand company data and provide feedback on ways to improve data systems

Qualifications

We seek people with these qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred.  Programs involving applied mathematics, such as Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Analytics, etc. is preferred
• Five or more years experience in data-oriented role preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI
• Proficiency in SQL or other database languages
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
