Responsibilities

We are looking for a Solution Architect who is focused on Data and Analytics architectures and has some knowledge of telemetry sources in telecommunications networks.

Understanding Customer/Partner Technical Environment 

• Knowledge of organisational business models, processes and the role of data in enabling critical processes.  
• Ability to engage with customers, product teams, ISV/GSI partners and stakeholders to gather insights and shape solutions to address the customers evolution. 
• Develops strategic and actionable insights and presents a compelling business case to program managers that influences product roadmaps and decision making. Contributes to Microsoft-centric operations and cadences to align with customer feedback. 

  

Architecture Design and Deployment 

• Defines and documents the architecture through an architecture description document, an architecture decisions log, and a requirements/constraints traceability matrix to communicate the value proposition of the business solution along with the project approach.  
• Generates new and/or improvements to existing intellectual property. Drives the re-use of intellectual property and recommends practices in both pre-sales and delivery. Leads and contributes to internal/external communities.

Qualifications

With your mix of technical knowledge and interpersonal skills, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the largest organisations in the telecommunications industry. Some other knowledge, skills and experiences that will position you to make an impact in this role include:

• Experience with network data fabric, production fabric and analysis in data lakes, data brick, data warehouses, data meshes, with corresponding analysis using AI/ML methodologies and preference to Azure based solution.
• Experience with AI/ML operations on this data set including real time monitoring, service assurance, orchestration, anomaly detection, recovery, network optimization, etc.
• Analyze interaction between network components using or contributing to the data telemetry
• Experience with cloud native functions, associated technology, and service-based architecture
• Regular interaction with executive level stakeholders in enterprise scale organisations
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
