As our platform keeps being an industry leader in innovation and customer value, the Sql Portal and Experiences team is responsible for introducing and delivering the user interaction experience concepts, patterns and capabilities that will make the platform shine in our competitive landscape. This position is for a technical, hands-on engineering leader and entry level people manager to build and lead a small but effective team of engineers who are proud to work on what we call “the face of the service†with the mission to build a world class user interaction experience for developers, database administrators, solution architects, that is simple, scalable, reliable, intuitive and consistent. As a hands-on technical leader for this team, you will collaborate closely with many other engineering and PM counterparts in the SQL organization to design and deliver the best user experience, you will set technical and organizational direction, establish good practices and set clear, measurable goals. As a people manager, you will drive a team culture of inclusiveness, collaboration and mutual support, you will lead by example and you will coach the team members to grow in their career.
