Job Description:

Role

The FI Business Intelligence team is looking for a highly motivated Senior Software engineer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the operational and analytical capability in FI. The data infrastructure is going through significant growth, and this is an opportunity to take a contributing role in shaping FI capability in this area. The work involves solution design, data analysis and production rollout project activities in Snowflake, AWS.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a technology related field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) required with 6+ years of experience
• Good experience with ETL technologies (SSIS, Power Center Cloud Tools, Informatica Snowflake Connector)
• Working knowledge of ETL tools (Informatica) and Snowflake.
• Working Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems and shell scripting
• Proven data analysis skills
• Strong data modeling skills doing either Dimensional or Data Vault models
• Experience in working with AWS
• Working experience with some or all of the following: AWS, Containerization, associated build and deployment CI/CD pipelines, Lambda development.
• Experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (Maven, Jenkins, Stash, Ansible, Docker) is a plus
• Experience in Agile methodologies (Kanban and SCRUM) is a plus
• Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and work in fast paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with multiple teams in the organization
• Passion and intellectually curiosity to learn new technologies and business areas
• Exploring new technology products and using them to help our business needs
• Working on teams to improve productivity
• Delivering system automation by setting up continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines
