The Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer with demonstrated experience in BDD based testing and automation in an agile environment. This role will involve being a part of highly impactful and visible project that involves development and testing of a cloud native Money Movement TOA system. Responsibilities will include the design, development, and test automation for the BDD acceptance criteria. 

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• BS degree in Computer science or related software engineering field

• 6 to 9 years of proven experience with development and test automation

• Multi-stack engineer with knowledge in a breadth of development technologies and test automation frameworks (Java/J2EE, unit, Cucumber, Selenium, Serenity, JavaScript/Angular, Spring, Web Services, REST, HTTP, AWS)

• Experience in delivering software in the Agile environment

• Hands on java, Spring/SpringBoot MVC development experience

• Hands on experience with BDD based test automation using Cucumber/jBehave

• Hands on experience with developing and testing RESTFul services

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with working on AWS cloud platform

• Proven experience with DevOps, Automation and Continuous Delivery tools like Jenkins, Artifactory, UDeploy

• Proven experience designing, deploying and maintaining cloud-ready containerized applications

• Familiarity with any major Javascript framework

• Have a mindset of test first development and are experienced in modern test frameworks. We believe in testing and that quality is everyone’s job.

The Team

We are part of the Fidelity Brokerage Technology group and are responsible for developing a cloud native Money Movement TOA system. This is a highly visible multi-year project that is helping us modernize and build highly resilient and efficient core brokerage infrastructure used by our retail and institutional customers.
