Responsibilities

This role is a Senior Software Engineer on the OneNote Web team.  The OneNote Web team owns a gamut of areas, and is working on problems ranging from deep fundamental and architectural improvements in Performance and Reliability to building world-class seamless experiences with the latest technologies, from architecting integrations with the Microsoft 365 hubs like Teams to building awesome embedded experiences that work across PC and Mobile. We work at a massive scale, and we aim to build best engineering tools & infrastructure for developer productivity & engineering velocity

Qualifications

• Bachelors, Masters, or PHD in computer science, engineering or equivalent
• 7+ years of software development experience with Typescript, JS, React, C#, or Java
• Working in agile teams with strong customer focus
• Good communication and cross group collaboration skills
• Experience in the web stack, preferably full stack development is a big plus
• Experience in Azure, Exchange, or other cloud and distributed systems is a big plus
