The Role

Fidelity Medicare Services (FMS) is looking for a strong, highly motivated Software Engineer that has a passion for cloud-based platforms who has hands-on experience applying innovative technologies. The Expertise You Have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field

6+ years’ experience delivering applications and services in a distributed environment with CRM development.

Hands-on development experience using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular

Hands-on development experience of RESTful APIs, micro-services development along with Salesforce API integration

Solid understanding of Object-Oriented design and programming concepts

Knowledgeable in standard functions/ modules of Salesforce.com: Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud

Demonstrated experience of full Software Development Life Cycle, DevOps, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Development.

Knowledgeable in Lightning Apps combining Lightning Design System, Lightning App Builder and Lightning Web Component features.

Knowledgeable in Salesforce APIs, Apex Triggers, Classes, Callouts, SOQL, Workflow Rules, Approvals, Flows, Process Builder and Platform events.

Experience in SCRUM or other agile development processes

Knowledge of writing automated tests using a testing framework

Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management Tools (e.g. Stash, Jenkins, Concourse Cloud Formation and Salesforce DX)

Salesforce Platform Developer (1 or 2) Certification is a plus

You have an ability to implement solution based on business requirements

Strong technical skills and ability to work across peer group to resolve technical/design issues

Experience in optimizing Agile/iterative software delivery methodologies and have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

You are a strategic thinker with focus on delivery execution

You’re effective in solving significant problems with a high degree of ownership and accountability for results.

The Value You Deliver

The Software Engineer will work closely with Architects, business analysts, and DevOps, helping to develop new products and platforms. He / she will also help building re-usable technical components in Salesforce and RESTful APIs. They will help develop and documentation standards and guidelines.

Candidates must be comfortable working with a small team of developers, analysts and design in a fast paced and highly ambiguous environment working with emerging technologies.
