The Sales Intelligence group maintains and develops Bloomberg’s in-house Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) system. Our applications foster engagement with millions of existing and prospective clients, track thousands of interactions with clients daily, and provide tools for our sales teams to maximize their productivity and sales. We also emphasize generating reports and analytics on our datasets to facilitate data-driven decisions by management. Our engineering teams work on everything from the database to the UI while partnering with UX and our product owners. Together, we continue to help grow Bloomberg’s revenue by improving efficiency and providing insights to our ever-growing sales force.
As part of our department, you’ll be a leader in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Bloomberg business is a constantly evolving one and has become even more so with the changes to the work environment over the past few years. You will work closely with our business partners to keep up with these changes and lead initiatives to influence sales strategies and the direction of our applications. You will also have chances to define re-architecture plans and transform the way our technical solutions work, finding the right solutions and technologies to shape how we move and analyze data.
