Senior Software Engineer - Product Catalogue - 12 month FTC 

Product Catalogue is a high performing, fun, energetic and supportive team within digital commerce. Our services lie at the heart of the ASOS, supporting a variety of clients including Web, Android and iOS clients just to name a few, as such we value high-availability and resilience whilst maintaining a high-performance solution (well over 10,000rps sustained at peak). 

We are metrics driven, quality is part of everything we do. We actively monitor the health of our services both pre and post deployment. As an engineer you will be given the opportunity to hone and improve your skills with full end-to-end ownership of the services you deliver. We are fully Kanban and value engineers taking features from design and seeing them through to completion. 

Technologies used: .NET Core 3.x/2.x; .NET Framework, MongoDB/Atlas; Redis; Cloud Services, Service Fabric, Service Bus; Docker, AKS, Helm to name a few.  
 

As a Senior Software Engineer in one of our 30 engineering platforms operating at hyper-scale receiving thousands of requests per second, you’ll work as part of strong cross functional Agile teams driving quality and technology bringing your skills and experience to share with the team and mentor the other engineers’ day to day. From problem solving to new concept ideas, you have the genuine opportunity to unleash your full potential and creativity on a variety of ASOS software projects.
