Job Description
- A Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent Academic/Professional qualifications .
- Experience in J2EE n-tier architecture and Microservices architecture .
- Prior experience in software solutions designing .
- Hands on experience - Java, Core Java, J2EE (JSP, EJB, Web Service, XML etc.).
- Broad understanding of UNIX/Linux/Solaris operating environments .
- 6+ years of progressive experience in developing software using Java .
- Prior knowledge of implementing design patterns and application designing .
- Hands on experience in application servers (Payara, JBoss, WebLogic etc.) and Java Persistence Layer Technologies .
- Experience in large multi-tier application deployment and troubleshooting .
- In depth knowledge in relational databases (MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle) and SQL language .
- Ability to multi-task and work on strict deadlines/priorities .
- A sense of ownership and desire to take on an expanded role over time .
- Advanced problem-solving skills.
