The Expertise and Skills You Bring

Architect & Design End to End Solutions using BPM Platforms such as Appian

At least 3 – 5 full lifecycle development and implementation of Apps in Appian

Proven experience working with Appian Cloud preferred

Translate business process software requirement specifications into Appian process model prototypes and solutions.

Identify, propose, evaluate, estimate, and drive solutions considering people, process and system impacts.

Develop and use library of reusable Appian components that can be leveraged across processes and workflows.

Interact with Appian consultants for technical design discussions and issues resolution.

Demonstrates Excellent Analytical and Problem-solving skills

Wears the UX hat as needed while developing solutions for end users

Proven experience with analysis, designing and developing solutions on BPM technologies

Proven experience on Appian BPM platform primarily on Appian custom plugins, SAIL, CDT, Process and Interface design

Play pivotal role in developing Appian based solutions to solve complex business problems

Empower junior team members through coaching and mentoring

Lead automation of functional and performance testing

Enable automation of functions using BPM and RPA tools

Experience with Appian CI/CD pipeline

Experience with Agile Methodology

Experience with relational databases and SQL scripting

Advance knowledge of Java is a plus

The Team

Strategic Advisors Technology is seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our Business Process Management Team. This role will focus on developing new functionalities and supporting existing applications, partnering very closely with Strategic Advisor’s investment and operations teams to deliver innovative, cost effective, and timely solutions. The successful candidate will learn the Financial Services, Asset Allocation and Business Process management domain, and will have strong technical leadership, engagement and communication skills.
