Who we are: We’re Amazon Prime Video’s in-house EU Social Media team. Pop-Culture junkies and content monsters at heart, we believe that good story telling can disrupt social norms and empower, celebrate and connect people to drive meaningful change in the world. It’s an exciting time to join Prime Video, we’re increasing our slate of Amazon Original shows and we’re looking for someone to spearhead world-class Social Media campaigns for our diverse and most loved Original shows. We seek to build immersive worlds for shows and fans alike by blurring the lines between online & offline and challenging industry norms with large-scale innovative formats and exclusive experiences. Our approach to Social Media is to make our feeds as engaging as our customers’ favourite TV shows through topical & locally-nuanced stories that entertain, delight or inspire.

Who we’re looking for:

We are looking to fill a pivotal role on the EU Social Media team for a Senior Social Campaign Manager leading our Amazon Originals, based in London. In this role, you will be a leader in strategising, executing and managing integrated high profile campaigns across EU such as The Boys, Savage x Fenty, Everybody’s Talking About Jamie, The Underground Railroad and The Marvellous Mrs. Maisel
You are high detailed oriented with an ability to multitask and prioritise– you thrive in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment with plenty of ownership, responsibility, and accountability. You are a native Social guru with significant experience developing best-in-class social campaigns for major brands (agency or client side). You are genuinely passionate about Entertainment — if you spend your weekends recommending what show or movie your friends should watch next, that’s a great start. You have a deep understanding of what content resonates across the Social landscape and obsessively keep up with the latest digital trends.
You have a ruthlessly high bar for Creative output and are hungry to set bold direction and defy convention. You're comfortable using data to test and refine your output, as well as prove impact.

Responsibilities:
· End to end strategy, planning and execution of best-in-class social campaigns across multiple platforms (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Facebook) for our Amazon Original shows
· Build out immersive worlds for fans of our Amazon Original shows and identify opportunities for innovation and breakthrough creative concepts
· Manage a roster of agencies to elevate and execute your ideas
· Collaborate with Amazon Original Talent and Influencers
· Partner with US and EU campaign marketing team to define and contribute to strategic principles and creative approach for each show
· Act as a campaign expert and advise on formats, audience targeting and report on learnings to continuously refine your approach
· Work with key stakeholders at Facebook, Google, Twitter, TikTok and other digital partners on ways to best leverage their platforms and opportunities for scalable digital innovation
· Take calculated risks (and try breaking the internet)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Professional experience in marketing or marketing research
· Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
· Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
· Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Fluent level of English (verbal & written)
· Exceptional communication and project management skills and ability to work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders
· Strong grasp of social landscape, including channel specific best practice, creative formats and emerging platforms
· Well versed in overall marketing ecosystem with creative or campaign marketing background (either in Entertainment, or major lifestyle brands)
· Analytical skills (it's not an analyst role, but we expect you to be able to look at metrics to know what's working and what's not).
· Strong multi-task skills and attention to detail in a fast paced environment
