Engie are looking for a Senior Site Manager to join our team based in Hatfield, to cover sites across the Home Counties of England. You will be able to build positive and strong working relationships and have excellent communication and personal skills. You will also have experience in refurbishments and EWI and cladding.  Who are you?

• Minimum 3 years’ experience at SM level for UK main contractor
• Experience of managing cladding replacement works
• Experience of managing fire-stopping/fire safety works
• Experience of managing EWI/brick slip works
• Full valid Driving Licence
• Please note if successful you will be required to undergo a standard DBS check

 What is your day to day?

• Carrying out EWI and cladding works on social housing properties, some with residents in situ
• To assist the Contracts Manager with pre-start details and attend pre-start meetings with the client as necessary to ensure smooth site set up (including Health and Safety, IT, facilities, etc) and full knowledge of the project to manage it through to completion.
• To issue monthly site progress reports to the Contracts Manager and client to monitor progress against the programme schedule (both from an operational and commercial perspective).
• Management of defects in line with KPIs
• Compliance with specification as determined by the client / business, notifying all parties of any need to move away from the programme
