Senior Shoot Operations Scheduler | Leavesden - Watford | ASOS Careers
As the Senior Shoot Operations Scheduler, you will be working as part of the Shoot Operations team to manage the workflow of product into and out of the ASOS Studios by overseeing the successful scheduling, receipt and workflow of all product whilst maintaining optimal targets.
You will be responsible for a team of direct reports, monitoring and developing each member’s progression to ensure they are achieving their objectives and supporting your succession plans. You will be an aspiring leader and be confident in actively guiding your team through challenging situations and empowering all to follow your lead. You will also be a logical and practical decision maker and always poised to adapt to and champion ever changing priorities. You will be maintaining accuracy, quality and efficiency so will need the highest level of attention to detail with a passion for organisation. What you’ll be doing….
Providing the highest level of service within ASOS to all stakeholders.
Manage a team of direct reports, responsible for their output and progression.
Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with each member of your team to ensure they are on track and remain aligned to set objectives.
Conduct mid-year and end of year performance reviews with each member of your team to assess their progress, discuss agreed performance ratings and set new objectives for the next 6-12 months.
Ensure the successful transition of all product into and out of ASOS Studios at all times, ensuring only scheduled product is accepted into the department.
Liaise with stakeholders both in and out of the department on current and proposed process and escalation
Succession plan by mentoring other team members on best practise of all areas of schedule creation.
Hold workshops/shadowing sessions designed to develop middleweight schedulers and strengthen their scheduling capabilities.
Maintain an holistic working knowledge of in house content management and tracking systems.
Manage the team structure along with the other Senior team members to ensure operational cohesion day to day.
Ensure all studios have the optimum quantity of product for each shoot.
Maintain team and department SLA’s and KPI’s and be the custodian of reporting and control of all product within the team.
Identify, train and develop prospective new leaders in the team to the levels expected and to your own high standards to enable growth in the team and wider department.

Previous relevant experience to the role desired or demonstrable transferable experience.
A natural passion and aptitude for organising, production workflows and product traffic.
A dedication to consistently excellent customer service.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
Strong leadership experience
