In this role, you will work closely with the product engineering team to provide an automated and scalable platform that securely brings value to our consumers and shoppers.
On a day to day basis, the role will involve:
• Build solutions that follow best practices
• Design and develop data models and business logic.
• Collaborate and communicate with business teams, product teams, engineering teams & consultants
• Participate in building, troubleshooting and optimising processes
• Provide day to day Service Cloud platform and user support
• Document as-is solutions. Participate in to-be architecture and solution design
• Configuration of multi-channel journeys and set up of new automations
Marketing and Engagement are focused on delivering new martech solutions for the LEGO Group that allows business functions to be self-served where possible, providing greater value and experiences to our customers.
This is a Hybrid role based in the London Hub near Chancery Lane station.
You should be a good communicator and able to work co-operatively in a team environment. Be enthusiastic and proactive in learning the technologies and capabilities of the LEGO Groups existing software. You should have an exceptional eye for detail with a passion for building high quality solutions. You should be self-motivated, positive, self-disciplined, reliable, honest and collaborative. You should have the following skills & experience:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration
• Hands on experience in building and running campaigns in a consumer organization
• Proficient in HTML, SQL, Ampscript
• Setting up multi-channel journeys and automations in Marketing Cloud
• Creating segments using data extensions and SQL
• Running tests / experiments
• Analysing campaigns
