Are you an outgoing and structured individual with the ability to listen and take input from others?

As Senior Security Manager in our Security Excellence Center you will take a leading role in driving innovation within the Security area in the LEGO Group, constantly looking for new ways to optimize, improve and drive efficiency in our security services.

Core Responsibilities

• Development of Security processes and standard methodologies in collaboration with regional partners

• Be responsible for process documentation and the development and maintenance of our Security Playbook

• Drive standardization and efficiency across sites

• Manage and develop monthly performance tracking for Global Security in collaboration with the global contract owner for outsourced security operations

• Manage development projects within the Security Area

• Support the head of Security Excellence Center in developing the roadmap and managing the portfolio of projects within the Security Excellence Center

The Security Excellence Center is a part of the Global Security Organisation in the LEGO Group with primary focus on ensuring standard methodologies are developed, implemented, documented and shared across sites in collaboration with the Regional Security teams and our Global Command Center. Further the Security Excellence Center is responsible for developing and maintaining a relevant security infrastructure and portfolio of systems.

As Senior Security Manager you will report into the Head of Security Excellence Center and your primary responsibilities will be driving the Global Security Playbook of the LEGO Group, ensuring best practices are developed, implemented, documented and shared across sites in collaboration with the Regional Security Directors and the Head of Global Command Center.

You will also be responsible for developing and managing monthly performance tracking reports for our Global Security Operations.

You will be part of a team of 10 experienced and skilled security professionals, and you will get to work with partners across different functional areas. You will be part of an international team and will be liaising with colleagues at current and future manufacturing sites in Denmark, Czech, Hungary, Mexico, China as well as with colleagues in the LEGO Groups Hubs and Offices globally.

Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate has relevant experience from a corporate security function or security service provider, preferably supplemented with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant academic background. In addition, we expect that you have experience within:

• Process development, process documentation and development of standard operating procedures

• Video Management Software systems and Access Control Management Systems

• Critical metric development and performance tracking

• Project Management

As a person, you bring great partner management skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively when sharing plans and visions with key decision makers across different cultures and timezones.

You speak fluent English, both spoken and written.
