Job Description

Core responsibilities:

• Drives and owns security operations for the EMEA region sales offices, hubs and corporate buildings, lead security representative for our London hub (security projects, crisis management, new employee onboarding, main point of contact for leadership team)

• Collaborates with key partners (GM, VP, SVP as required) in this region regarding security needs and proactively communicates Global Security strategies, plans and programs

• Drives Site Emergency Management Team and Crisis Management across EMEA region from a Global Security perspective

• Leads the implementation of new Global Security solutions

• Implement policies and procedures to support the existing and future security program

• Supports global travel risk program and global travel team

• Coordinating and execution of security awareness training to support processes and procedures

The Global Security Organisation is responsible for looking after people and assets, this includes the safety aspects of various events, travel security and risk assessments.

As a part of this organisation, we support Line Management in all physical security matters across EMEA to enable the business to deliver on their business plan. A few areas include security posture and infrastructure at sales office and hubs, crisis management, proactive risk assessments for new sales offices, security awareness, and expats entering new markets and assignments across the region.

Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate holds a degree in a related field and has several years’ of experience in corporate management including people and partner management, physical security, crisis management and risk assessments.

To succeed in this role, you ideally have competence within the following:

• Strong leadership and influencing skills

• Experience with technologies such as access control systems, CCTV, etc.

• Extensive experience in developing and delivering Security training and awareness programs

• Experience in security investigations

• Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and flexible
