Reporting to the Security Manager You will schedule and prepare reports for security and risk assessments responsive to Company, industry, and government security program requirements and guidelines. You will evaluate security status of multiple facilities and make recommendations for compliance and improvements. You can be located anywhere in US within a reasonable travel time to an airport. Domestic and foreign travel approximately 75%.
You Will:
Coordinate security audits with audit program managers and audited facilities.
Analyze on-site security information at ConAgra and partner facilities.
Assess facility compliance with applicable security requirements and guidelines.
Provide audit feedback and recommendations to audited facilities.
Brief Corporate Security department personnel on status and results of security audits.
Prepare reports of audits and enter relevant data into electronic databases.
Follow up with audited facilities and audit program managers.
Foster cooperative security relationships with ConAgra facility personnel, partners, and appropriate law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
You Have:
Bachelor's degree in area of study relevant to position or 2 year Associates' degree with certifications , i.e. PSP, CPP. is preferred
At least 5 years’ experience in the private sector security operations: food industry, manufacturing or CPG preferred
Knowledge of physical security systems and procedures.
Knowledge of the FDA Food Defense Plan Builder Software 2.0
Experience with FDA (FSMA IA), USDA, and DHS (CFATS and CTPAT) security programs and audit guidelines
Valid passport
