 Your tasks:

Your typical working day:
• Requirements analysis, effort estimation, conception of business processes and implementation of business processes in the area of ​​SAP HCM, taking into account integration aspects with regard to the SAP HCM components: payroll (including schemas and rules), time management (including schemas and rules). ), organization management, personnel administration, ESS/MSS/FIORI
• Independent management, planning and implementation of sub-project management and project management
• Responsibility, independent management, planning and implementation of module and integration tests as well as training with the creation of documentation, taking into account the relevant methods and tools
• Development of decision templates for the customer's decision-makers, independent coordination and implementation of standards in their own and in adjacent work areas as well as holding customer/user presentations and workshops at management level in English and German
• Highly qualified, professional and technical advice to our customers as well as support after implementation projects , acceptance of customer inquiries, clarification and implementation (2nd and 3rd level support)
• Know-how development in innovative business or technological topics as well as active participation in Atos internal knowledge management
• Cooperation with internal and external contacts at management level as well as offshore suppliers
• Independent support for offer processes for SAP HCM including offer preparation, cost estimates, customer presentations

Your profile:

• Completed training (HTL, FH, Uni) or completed vocational training and relevant professional experience
• Many years of experience in the field of consulting and customizing (ideally 8 years) in the areas of SAP HCM PA/PY, PT, OM and possibly ESS/MSS /FIORI and SuccessFactors
• Outstanding HR knowledge, especially in the Austrian HR processes related to payroll accounting
• Demonstrable extensive experience in the context of SAP HCM (introduction) projects
• Experience and pleasure in working directly with the customer 
• Diploma as a personnel calculator is an advantage
• Interest in learning new technologies
• Independent work and solution-oriented thinking
• Well-founded knowledge of German and good English
