The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or post-primary degree in a Technology-related discipline.
  • 5 or more years’ development experience with 3+ in Salesforce.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer 1 or Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
  • Proven experience with building Salesforce.com solutions using standard configuration capabilities in Salesforce Lightning Experience
  • Proven experience working with Apex; Lightning Web Component experience will be a differentiator.
  • You’re a good communicator and have a real customer-centric mind-set.
  • Strong analytical, engineering, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • You’re confident creating and consuming APIs (SOAP/Rest).
  • Proven understanding of Object-Oriented design and concepts.
  • Publishes clear and concise design documentation.
  • Participates in and contributes to formal reviews of architecture, design, and code.
  • Resolve technical issues associated with developed software components.
  • Personal ability to learn additional skills as required to solution business requirements.
  • Passion to contribute as an agile team member and to complete tasks outside of primary discipline, such as business analysis or quality testing, when needed for success of the team.
