Our Turbomachinery & Process Solutions team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.

Partner with the best

This role prepares proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Develops midterm vision on own function in relation to the business.

As a Senior Sales Staff Manager / Sales Operation, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing proposals; may negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive competitive pricing. May include compiling and submitting required tender documentation. Cleans and maintains data in Commercial and other core systems (CRMs, SFDC, ERPs, etc.).
  • Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used. Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.
  • Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, Commercial, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
  • Contributing to Prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity. Works on the basis of predefined contracts price frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from prices and conditions.
  • Handling diverse clients in a region.
  • Leading a department involved in medium-sized sales.
  • Handling country or Large Territory

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Sales Operations.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
