Job roles and responsibilities:
• Be knowledgeable about the product• Market the product to get potential customers with both the company support as well as personal resource• Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs and create sale opportunities• Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they fit customer needs• Answer questions about the products• Negotiate prices and terms and close deals• Collaborate with support team and finance team in preparing sales agreements, execution of the agreements and payment collection• Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors like marketing, planning, etc.• Develop sales agencies, facilitate in agency agreements execution in collaboration with the support team.• Support agencies to achieve their success in marketing the products by providing training, information support as well as closing deals together with them• Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships and build customer loyalty• Make timely, clear and informative work report (including not limited to tables, presentation etc.) to the management• Other reasonable tasks arranged by the management
